This Cookie Policy lists the cookies and similar browser storage used by aasure.app, the Aasure studio app, Aasure booking pages and the websites businesses publish with Aasure, and explains how to control them. It is provided by Aasure Company Private Limited and forms part of our Privacy Policy.
1.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" and "session storage" are similar browser features that keep small pieces of information on your device. We describe all of them here and call them "cookies" for short.
Strictly necessary cookies are needed for a service you asked for, such as staying signed in or completing a booking, so they do not need your consent. Analytics cookies help us understand how our website is used, and we only set them if you agree.

Google Analytics runs in "consent mode": until you accept, it stores nothing on your device and we do not send page views. We ask Google to shorten (anonymise) your IP address. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
3.The Aasure studio app
The studio app only uses strictly necessary cookies and storage.

4.Aasure booking pages
Booking pages only use strictly necessary cookies and storage, and never store your name or contact details in your browser.

5.Websites published with Aasure
Websites businesses build and publish with Aasure use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across websites. The business can see totals such as page views and visitor countries, not who you are.
A business may add its own content or embeds to its website. Those are the business's responsibility, and the business's own privacy notice applies.
6.Emails
Marketing emails sent through Aasure contain a small image and tracked links that tell the sender whether the email was opened and which links were clicked. Some emails also load fonts from Google Fonts. You can block this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
7.How to control cookies
- On aasure.app, choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
- In your browser, you can block or delete cookies and site data. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or complete a booking.
- To opt out of Google Analytics on every website, you can install Google's opt-out add-on.
