Does Aasure charge per client?
No. The subscription is flat however many clients you train. Growing your personal training business does not increase what you pay. That is the main difference from studio platforms and gym software that price by active client or by bookable resource.
Can it handle block bookings and memberships?
Not yet. Packages and memberships are weeks away. When they land, Aasure will track the balance, the expiry and the renewal date, and clients will see how many sessions they have left. Until then, you book each session on its own.
What happens when a client cancels late?
The client sees your notice window when they book a PT session, so the terms are clear from the start. Clients cancel or reschedule online themselves, and the freed slot is offered to your waitlist automatically. Aasure does not charge late-cancellation fees, because card payments are not live yet.
Can I run online and in-person sessions?
Yes, for booking. Sessions can be in-person, online or a mix, each with its own duration and price. However, Aasure does not create or send video-call links yet. So send the joining link yourself, from the video tool you already use.
