These are the third-party companies Aasure Company Private Limited uses to host and run the Aasure Service and that may process personal data on our behalf, including data we process for businesses under our Data Processing Agreement. Each is bound by a written agreement to protect the data and use it only to provide its service to us.

2.AI providers
These providers process the messages and business data needed to answer requests to the Aasure assistant and to generate titles and summaries. Under their API terms, none of them may use this data to train their models.

3.Services you connect yourself
Calendar services a business connects, such as Microsoft Outlook, are not our subprocessors. A business chooses to connect them and has its own agreement with each of them. We exchange data with them only on the business's instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.Changes to this list
We will update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing personal data for businesses, except in an emergency needed to keep the Service running, and we will notify business account owners by email. A business may object on reasonable data protection grounds as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
