Who it’s for · Barbers & barbershops

A booking app for barbers and barbershops.

Aasure is a barber booking app for self-employed barbers and small barbershops. Clients book cuts online from your real availability, get email reminders once you switch them on, and you can offer a cancelled slot to someone on your waitlist. Each client's record keeps their visit history and notes, all for one flat monthly fee with no commission.

Three black leather barber chairs facing mirrors and basins along a brick wall, under pendant lamps.

What this actually looks like. Self-employed barbers, chair renters, barbershop owners, mobile barbers.

Barbering runs on short appointments and regulars who come back every few weeks. A full chair depends on clients rebooking on time and turning up. Between cuts there is little time to answer messages, chase no-shows or work out who is overdue.

  • A no-show in a slot you turned a walk-in away for.
  • Regulars who meant to book and ended up at the shop down the road.
  • Bookings split between Instagram messages, texts and a marketplace app.
  • Paying a marketplace for new clients while your regulars book you directly anyway.

What Aasure does for barbers & barbershops. All of it on every plan.

A barber holds a comb and scissors to trim the top of a bearded client’s hair.
  • Cuts booked online

Set up each service with its own length and price, such as a skin fade, a beard trim or a cut and beard. Clients book from your real availability through a link in your Instagram bio.

  • Reminders and a waitlist for cancelled slots

Switch on the reminder email and clients get one before each online booking, the day before as standard. When a slot frees up, offer it to someone on your waitlist and Aasure emails them a link to book it. Aasure does not send text messages or take deposits today.

  • Regulars reminded when they are due

Aasure shows which clients have not rebooked. Switch on the Time to rebook email and it invites regulars back when they are due, before the cut grows out.

  • One diary for the whole shop

Each barber has their own diary, and you see the whole shop's bookings in one place. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only by how many staff they include.

Coming from something else? Switching is simpler than it looks.

Booksy and Fresha both list businesses on a marketplace where new clients can find them. Aasure has no marketplace: you bring your own clients and pay a flat monthly fee with no commission. If most of your new clients still come from a marketplace, keep that listing for new clients and run your regulars through Aasure.

Common questions. Anything else, write to hello@aasure.app.

Will my clients have to download an app?

No. Clients book through a web link you can put in your Instagram bio, on Google or in a message. There is nothing for them to install. Once you switch on reminders, they get an email before each online booking.

Can I take walk-ins as well as bookings?

Yes. Add a walk-in to the diary as a manual booking, so the cut is saved to the client's history. Aasure has no walk-in queue or queue screen for the shop today.

Can I take deposits or card payments?

Not today. Aasure does not take card payments or deposits, so you record each payment by hand against the booking. Once you switch on reminders, clients get an email before each online booking, and you can offer a freed slot to your waitlist.

Does it work for a barbershop with several chairs?

Yes. Each barber has their own diary, and you see the whole shop's bookings in one place. Solo includes 2 staff, Growth 7 and Scale 20, and every plan has every feature.

How much does Aasure cost?

Aasure is booking and client management software on a flat monthly subscription — $29 Solo, $59 Growth, $89 Scale. As a launch offer, the first 200 businesses to sign up get a 60-day free trial. After that, every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Neither needs a card or setup fee. Plans are $29, $59 or $89 a month, and every plan includes every feature.

Do you take a commission on my bookings?

Never. There are no transaction fees, no booking commission and no marketplace cut. Unlike commission-based booking platforms, you pay one flat subscription and keep every penny your clients pay you. Your client list stays yours, and you can export it at any time.

How long does setup take?

Most owners are set up in under an hour. You connect your Apple or Outlook calendar, add your services and prices, and your online booking page is live. There is no technical setup, no onboarding call to sit through and no setup fee to pay.
