Can Aasure handle staged payments for a wedding?
Not yet. Card payments and deposits are on the way, but they are not live today. For now you record each payment by hand, as cash or other, against the booking. Aasure does not create or send invoices, so the balance reminder stays with you for now.
Does it send contracts?
Not yet. Contracts are weeks away. When they land, they will go out as part of the booking flow, and the signed contract will be stored against the booking.
Can I use it for portrait sessions as well as weddings?
Yes. This photographer booking system runs different booking types, each with its own duration and price. A two-hour portrait shoot and a full wedding day both work without reconfiguring anything. Both sit in the same photography diary.
What happens after the gallery is delivered?
