These Booking Terms apply when you book an appointment, join a waitlist, or sign up for emails through a booking page or website powered by Aasure. They are provided by Aasure Company Private Limited ("Aasure", "we" or "us").
1.Aasure is the booking software, not the business
Aasure provides software that businesses such as salons, studios, clinics and trainers use to take bookings. Your appointment is an agreement between you and that business, not with Aasure. The business is responsible for its services, prices, staff, premises, and its own policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, no-show fees and refunds, which it shows on its booking page.
2.Making a booking
- Give accurate details so the business can contact you about your booking.
- When you pick a time, we hold it for you for a short time while you finish. A booking is confirmed only when you see the confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email.
- If you book for someone else, such as your child, make sure you are allowed to share their details and that they agree to the business's policies.
- Do not make fake bookings, book to block others, or use automated tools to book.
3.Changes and cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, within the times the business allows. The business may change or cancel your booking, for example if a staff member is unavailable, and will contact you if it does. Any fees for late cancellation or missed appointments are set and charged by the business, not by Aasure.
4.Payments
Aasure does not take payments through booking pages, and never asks for or stores your card details. You pay the business directly, in the way it tells you. Questions about charges and refunds should go to the business.
5.Your information
The business you book with controls the information you give when booking and uses it to provide your appointment and, if you agree, to send you marketing. Aasure processes it on the business's behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how, and our Data Deletion page explains how to have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
Please do not enter detailed medical information in booking forms unless the business specifically asks for it for your appointment.
6.Emails and reminders
You will receive emails about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders and changes. These are service messages. You will only receive marketing emails if you agreed to them.
7.Liability
Aasure is not responsible for the services the business provides, or for the business cancelling, changing or failing to honour a booking. We work to keep booking pages available, but we cannot guarantee they will always work without interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
8.Governing law
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in the United Kingdom or the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow.
