A practitioner in blue gloves treats a client lying on a treatment bed.

What this actually looks like. Aesthetic nurses, nurse prescribers, aesthetic practitioners, skin and laser clinics.

Your treatments run to a rhythm your clients don't see: a consultation first, then the treatment, then a review a couple of weeks later, then a top-up months after that. Keeping that rhythm on track is as much admin as clinical work, and it usually lives in a diary, a phone and your memory.

  • A no-show on a long treatment slot that costs you the whole session.
  • Reviews and top-ups that slip because nobody reminded the client they were due.
  • Client contact details and booking history spread across a phone, a diary and email.
  • A marketplace taking a cut of treatments from clients who already follow you.

What Aasure does for aesthetics clinics. All of it on every plan.

White shelves of skincare bottles and jars with plants in a bright clinic.
  • Consultations and treatments as separate bookings

Set up a consultation, a treatment and a review as their own services, each with its own length and price. Clients book the right thing, and your diary reflects how you actually work.

  • Reminders that protect long slots

Switch on email reminders and they go out before every online booking. When someone cancels, you can offer the slot to your waitlist. Card deposits are on the way; they are not live today.

  • Clients brought back when they are due

Switch on the rebooking follow-up and Aasure emails clients who have not rebooked, so top-ups and reviews stop depending on you remembering.

  • Consent forms, coming soon

Pre-treatment forms are weeks away. Aasure is not a medical-records system, so keep clinical notes and prescribing records in the system your insurer expects.

Coming from something else? Switching is simpler than it looks.

Most small clinics either list on a beauty marketplace or run a clinic platform built for multi-room practices with medical records. Aasure covers the booking and client side for a small clinic at a flat price. If you need clinical records and prescribing in the same system, a clinical platform is the better fit.

Common questions. Anything else, write to hello@aasure.app.

Is Aasure a medical-records system?

No. Aasure handles bookings, reminders, client contact details and follow-ups. It is not an electronic medical-records system and does not store prescribing records. Keep clinical notes where your insurer expects them, and use Aasure for the diary and the client relationship.

Can I take deposits for treatments?

Not yet. Card payments and deposits are on the way, but they are not live today. For now you record payments by hand against the booking. Switch on email reminders and they go out before every online booking. You can offer a freed slot to someone on your waitlist.

Can clients book a consultation before a treatment?

Yes. Set up the consultation as its own service, free or paid, with its own length. Clients book it online from your real availability. You then book the treatment once you have assessed them.

Can clients fill in consent forms online?

Not yet. Intake and consent forms are weeks away. When they land, clients will complete them through a secure link before the appointment, with responses attached to their record.

How much does Aasure cost?

Aasure is booking and client management software on a flat monthly subscription — $29 Solo, $59 Growth, $89 Scale. As a launch offer, the first 200 businesses to sign up get a 60-day free trial. After that, every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Neither needs a card or setup fee. Plans are $29, $59 or $89 a month, and every plan includes every feature.

Do you take a commission on my bookings?

Never. There are no transaction fees, no booking commission and no marketplace cut. Unlike commission-based booking platforms, you pay one flat subscription and keep every penny your clients pay you. Your client list stays yours, and you can export it at any time.

How long does setup take?

Most owners are set up in under an hour. You connect your Apple or Outlook calendar, add your services and prices, and your online booking page is live. There is no technical setup, no onboarding call to sit through and no setup fee to pay.
