Does Aasure have pet profiles?
No. In Aasure the client is the owner. Keep the dog's name, breed, coat and behaviour notes on the owner's record, alongside their visit history. Pet profiles, vaccination records and kennel capacity are not part of Aasure.
Can I take deposits for grooms?
Not yet. Card payments and deposits are on the way, but they are not live today. For now you record payments by hand against the booking. Switch on email reminders and they go out before every online booking. You can offer a freed slot to someone on your waitlist.
Does it work for mobile groomers?
Yes, for bookings, reminders and client records. Aasure does not plan routes or add travel time between addresses, so build travel into the length of each service or leave gaps in your availability.
Can dog walkers and trainers use it?
Yes, for one-to-one appointments such as a walk, a training session or a home visit. Aasure takes one client per appointment today, so group walks and group classes are not supported yet.

Most owners are set up in under an hour. You connect your Apple or Outlook calendar, add your services and prices, and your online booking page is live. There is no technical setup, no onboarding call to sit through and no setup fee to pay.
