Can I take deposits for full sets?
Not yet. Card payments and deposits are on the way, but they are not live today. For now you record payments by hand against the booking. Switch on email reminders and they go out before every online booking. You can offer a freed slot to someone on your waitlist.
Can clients complete a patch test or consultation form?
Not yet. Intake forms are weeks away. For now, record patch-test dates and allergies in notes on the client's record, where they sit with the client's visit history.
Does it work if I rent a room or a chair?
Yes. Aasure is your own booking page and diary, wherever you work. Your clients book you directly, and your client list stays yours if you move.
