Who it’s for · Driving instructors

A diary and booking system for driving instructors.

Aasure is diary and booking software for driving instructors. Pupils book lessons online from your real availability, and get email reminders before each lesson once you switch them on. You can offer a cancelled lesson to your waitlist. It keeps pupil contact details and lesson history in one place, for one flat monthly fee with no commission.

A driving instructor with a clipboard talks to a learner beside a car and traffic cones.

What this actually looks like. Independent ADIs, franchised instructors, small driving schools.

Your diary is your income, and you are rarely free to manage it. Pupils message to move lessons while you are teaching, cancellations come in late, and the gaps they leave are hard to fill when you are in the car all day.

  • Lesson changes arriving by message while you are teaching.
  • A late cancellation that leaves an empty hour you cannot fill from the car.
  • Pupil contact details and lesson history in a paper diary or on your phone.
  • A waiting list of new pupils kept in your head.

What Aasure does for driving instructors. All of it on every plan.

A learner driver holds the steering wheel on an open road at dusk.
  • Lessons booked online

Set up a one-hour and a two-hour lesson as separate services. Pupils book from your real availability, and notice periods stop anyone booking tomorrow morning at midnight.

  • Reminders and a waitlist

Switch on email reminders and they go out before every online booking. When someone cancels, you can offer the lesson to your waitlist. Aasure does not send text messages today.

  • Pupils in one place

Each pupil has a record with contact details, notes and lesson history. Aasure does not track driving-test progress or book driving tests.

  • Your diary in your calendar

Aasure syncs with Apple and Outlook calendars, so your lessons sit alongside the rest of your life. Google Calendar sync is not available yet.

Coming from something else? Switching is simpler than it looks.

Many instructors use a diary app built for driving schools, with pupil progress tracking and test-route features. Aasure is simpler: bookings, reminders, a waitlist and pupil records at a flat price, without progress tracking.

Common questions. Anything else, write to hello@aasure.app.

Does Aasure book driving tests?

No. Driving tests are booked through the DVSA service on GOV.UK. Aasure handles your lessons, reminders, waitlist and pupil records.

Can pupils pay for lessons through Aasure?

Not yet. Card payments are on the way, but they are not live today. For now you record payments by hand against each lesson, so every pupil’s history sits in one place.

Does it send text reminders?

No. Reminders go by email today. Aasure does not send text or WhatsApp messages.

How much does Aasure cost?

Aasure is booking and client management software on a flat monthly subscription — $29 Solo, $59 Growth, $89 Scale. As a launch offer, the first 200 businesses to sign up get a 60-day free trial. After that, every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Neither needs a card or setup fee. Plans are $29, $59 or $89 a month, and every plan includes every feature.

Do you take a commission on my bookings?

Never. There are no transaction fees, no booking commission and no marketplace cut. Unlike commission-based booking platforms, you pay one flat subscription and keep every penny your clients pay you. Your client list stays yours, and you can export it at any time.

How long does setup take?

Most owners are set up in under an hour. You connect your Apple or Outlook calendar, add your services and prices, and your online booking page is live. There is no technical setup, no onboarding call to sit through and no setup fee to pay.
