This policy sets out what you must not do with Aasure. It applies to every business, team member and person using the Service, and forms part of our Terms of Service. It is provided by Aasure Company Private Limited.
1.Illegal, harmful or deceptive activity
- Breaking any law, or helping someone else to.
- Offering illegal services, or services you are not licensed or qualified to provide where a licence is required.
- Fraud, scams, fake businesses, fake reviews, or misleading prices and offers.
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children.
- Infringing anyone's copyright, trade marks or other rights, including using images you do not have permission to use.
- Impersonating another person or business.
2.Personal data and health information
- Collecting, uploading or using anyone's personal data without a lawful basis and the notices and consents the law requires.
- Storing medical records or other health information in Aasure, such as diagnoses, treatment notes, prescriptions or medical history. Aasure is not designed or certified for health records. Limited practical details a client chooses to share for their appointment, such as an allergy relevant to a treatment, are acceptable only where the law allows and the client has agreed.
- Storing full payment card numbers, bank passwords, government ID numbers or other highly sensitive data in notes, forms or files.
- Using data from Aasure to profile, track or discriminate against individuals.
3.Email and messaging
- Sending marketing to people who have not given valid consent, or to purchased, rented or scraped lists.
- Hiding or disabling the unsubscribe link, ignoring unsubscribes, or re-adding people who unsubscribed.
- Misleading sender names, subject lines or content, or sending phishing or malware.
- Sending volumes or content that generate high bounce or complaint rates.
4.Connected services
- Breaking the rules of Google, Microsoft, Apple or any other service you connect.
- Connecting accounts or calendars you are not authorised to manage.
- Using Aasure to scrape, harvest or collect data from those services beyond what the features provide.
5.AI features
- Using the AI assistant to create content that breaks this policy, or to deceive people into thinking AI content came from a real person where that matters.
- Trying to make the assistant reveal other businesses' data, bypass its safeguards, or act outside your own account.
6.Security and the platform
- Accessing, or trying to access, other accounts or data you are not authorised to see.
- Probing, scanning or testing the Service's security without our written permission. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to contact@aasure.app.
- Uploading malware, or interfering with or overloading the Service.
- Using bots or scripts to access the Service, except through features or APIs we provide for that purpose.
- Reselling or sharing access to the Service, or using it to build a competing product.
7.What we do about breaches
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, pause emails, disconnect an integration, or suspend or close the account. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem, but we may act immediately to protect people, the Service or our relationships with connected services. We may also report illegal activity to the authorities.
8.Reporting abuse
To report a business, a booking page, an email or content that breaks this policy, email contact@aasure.app with a link or a copy of what you saw.
