Can parents book without messaging me?
Yes. Parents book from your availability, then get a confirmation and an email reminder. They can reschedule or cancel online themselves. The whole booking cycle runs without a WhatsApp thread. Card payments are on the way; for now you record payments by hand.
Does Aasure charge per student?
No. The subscription is flat however many students you teach. Growing your tuition roster does not increase what you pay. There is also no commission on lessons. That is the main difference from tutoring marketplaces, which take a cut of every hour you teach.
Can I sell a block of lessons rather than single sessions?
Not yet. Packages are weeks away. When they land, you will be able to sell a block of lessons, and both you and the parent will see how many lessons remain. Until then, each lesson is booked on its own.
Does it work for online tutoring?
Yes, for scheduling. Whether you teach online, in person or both, the same tuition management software handles the bookings. However, Aasure does not create or send video-call links yet. So send the joining link yourself, from the video tool you already use.
