Who it’s for · Physio & therapy clinics
Booking software for physio and therapy clinics.
Aasure is booking and client management software for physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, sports massage and acupuncture clinics. Patients book assessments and follow-ups online and get email reminders once you switch them on. You can offer a cancelled slot to your waitlist. It is not a clinical-notes system: it runs the diary and the patient side, alongside the notes tool you already use.
What this actually looks like. Physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, sports massage therapists, acupuncturists.
Treatment rarely ends after one visit. An assessment leads to a course of follow-ups, and results depend on patients actually coming back. Every missed follow-up is an empty slot for you and a stalled recovery for them, and keeping track of who has dropped off usually falls to you at the end of the day.
- ✕A no-show on a long assessment that nobody can fill at short notice.
- ✕Patients who stop booking halfway through a course of treatment.
- ✕The diary, reminders and patient contact details in three different places.
- ✕Clinic software priced for multi-room practices when you work from one room.
What Aasure does for physio & therapy clinics. All of it on every plan.
-
Assessments and follow-ups as separate services
Set up an initial assessment and a follow-up as their own services, each with its own length and price. Patients book the right one online from your real availability.
-
Reminders and a waitlist
Switch on email reminders and they go out before every online booking. When someone cancels, you can offer the slot to your waitlist. Aasure does not send text messages today.
-
Patients brought back between appointments
Switch on the rebooking follow-up and Aasure emails patients who have not rebooked, so a course of treatment does not quietly stop.
-
Alongside your clinical notes
Aasure keeps contact details, booking history and general notes. It is not a clinical-notes system, so keep treatment records in the system your professional body and insurer expect.
Coming from something else? Switching is simpler than it looks.
Many clinics run a practice-management platform with clinical notes built in, which suits a clinic that wants notes and bookings in one place. Aasure covers the booking and patient side at a flat price, for clinics that keep notes elsewhere or want a simpler diary.

Is Aasure a clinical-notes system?
No. Aasure handles bookings, reminders, contact details, booking history and general notes. It does not hold treatment records or clinical notes. Keep those in the system your professional body and insurer expect, and use Aasure for the diary and the patient relationship.
Where is patient data stored?
Customer data in Aasure, including patient contact details and booking history, is stored in the United States. Aasure does not hold clinical records. Our privacy policy explains how the data is handled.
Can patients fill in intake forms online?
Not yet. Intake forms are weeks away. When they land, patients will complete them through a secure link before their first appointment.
Can I sell packages of sessions?
Not yet. Packages are on the way. For now, book each session separately and record payments by hand, as Aasure does not take card payments today.
What does practice management software do?
It usually covers the diary, patient records, clinical notes, invoicing and payments. Aasure covers the diary side: online booking, email reminders, a waitlist and patient contact details. It does not hold clinical notes or raise invoices. So pair it with a notes system if your profession requires one.
