How to add a question to your booking page
Ask customers for extra information when they book, such as preferences or how they heard about you.
Quick answer
Open Business, select Policies, open Questions, click Add question, fill in the details, then click Add.
Before you begin
- You need an Owner or Admin role to change booking questions.
- Dropdown and Multi-select questions need at least two options.
- New questions start as Optional. You can make them Required afterwards.
