Add clients, view customer history, manage segments, reviews, and follow-up messages.
Customers in Aasure are more than a contact list. Each record keeps a person's details, tags and notes in one place. Their bookings and history then stay attached to the right name.
Segments group customers by what they do. For example, one segment can show who has gone quiet for a while. You can change the rules behind each ready-made segment to suit how often your clients usually return.

Create a customer record with contact details, tags and notes, so bookings and history stay with the right person. Quick answer: Open Customers, select List, click Add contact, enter the customer’s Name, then click Add Customer.
Change a ready-made segment’s rule values, such as how long a customer stays quiet before counting as at risk. Quick answer: Open Customers, select Segments, click a segment, change its rule values, then click Save changes.
