How to pause a service
Stop new bookings for a service without deleting it or its existing appointments.
Quick answer
Open Business, select Services, click the service’s Status switch, then click Pause service.
Before you begin
- You need an Owner or Admin role to pause a service.
- Pausing stops new bookings. Bookings already scheduled stay on the calendar.
