Is there a free trial?
Yes. As a launch offer, the first 200 businesses to sign up get a 60-day free trial. After that, every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Neither needs a card or setup fee.
What is the difference between the plans?
Only size. Every plan includes every feature, so you never pay for a better Aasure, only for more of it. Solo covers up to 2 staff, Growth up to 7 and Scale up to 20. There is no limit on clients.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. All prices include 18% GST. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you charge fees on my own clients?
No. There is no transaction fee, booking commission or marketplace fee on the clients you bring yourself.
Can I take card payments?
Not yet. Card payments and deposits are on the way. Until then, you record how a client paid, such as cash, by hand.
How are messages charged?
Email is unlimited on every plan, with no extra charge. Aasure does not send text or WhatsApp messages.
What are automation levels?
You choose how much Aasure does on its own, on every plan. Manual means you send everything. Approval first means Aasure drafts and you approve. Automatic means Aasure sends and records what happened.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your data as a CSV file at any time, and take it with you if you leave.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade from inside your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Will you tell me if I am on the wrong plan?
Yes. If you are paying for more than you use, we will tell you and help you move to a smaller plan.
Can my price go up?
Only with notice. We will tell you before your price changes, and explain why it is changing.
What if Aasure gets something wrong?
If an outage or an error of ours costs you, we credit your account.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel from your account, with no call or email needed. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
